“MES助力智能制造过程控制:MES管理生产订单的整个生产流程,通过对生产过程的所有突发事件实时监控,自动纠正生产过程中的错误或提供决策支持,以实现生产调度要求;在出现异常或与生产计划偏离太大时,及时反馈相关人员使其采取相应的措施。任务派工:MES在生产计划完成后,自动生成任务派工单,根据生产设备实际加工能力的变化,制定并优化生产的具体过程及各设备的详细操作顺序

配置集成方案

轻易云集成平台的对接是通过一个个对应的对接方案去形成两个系统对接的连线，所以对接方案的配置极其重要，方案可以选择一键复制，轻易云有海量的对接方案可支持一键复制，复制后直接启动使用（对接方案借鉴可以在轻易云系统数据集成交流社区bbs.qeasy.cloud 中找到相关信息。或者可以通过手工配置，配置只要确认源平台：四化智造MES（WEB）的取数逻辑，例如什么时间取什么样的数据。即可完成配置，目标平台：金蝶云星空，把获取的数据组装成目标系统需要的格式进行写入。通过该系统数据集成平台的能力，可以集成的应用系统包括CRM、ERP、钉钉、企业微信、MES、飞书、用友、金蝶等 177 个不同应用系统之间的无代码接口集成，并且每周都在增加新的应用系统接入。
